Publication Date: 2023-09-30 As the exclusive partner and authorized organization of the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) in China, Allmark has been dedicated to providing high-quality services to steel structure enterprises, including certification, education, inspection, and laboratory testing.
Following its successful provision of CWB certification-related services for the LNG Canada (Kitimat) project (Phase 1), Allmark once again represents CWB to support the manufacturers involved in the Woodfibre LNG project.
Recently, Allmark, on behalf of CWB, provided welding qualifications testing and welding procedure qualification services for Qingdao Wuchuan McDermott Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. (QMW) for the Woodfibre LNG project. This highlights Allmark's excellent service capabilities and service quality.

QMW is a joint venture between McDermott International and the China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC), and it is a world-class offshore engineering manufacturer. QMW is responsible for the fabrication and installation of some of the modules for the Woodfibre LNG project. Located in British Columbia, Canada, the Woodfibre LNG project will use electric motors powered by renewable hydroelectricity, making it one of the world's lowest-emission LNG export facilities.

In response to QMW's project needs, Allmark acted quickly by deploying a highly experienced professional team to provide welding qualifications testing and welding procedure qualification services.
