NDT Personnel Qualification Training
Shanghai Allmark provides training and examination services for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) personnel in accordance with the European standard (EN ISO 9712) and the American standard (SNT TC-1A). The training covers a range of NDT methods, including RT, UT, MT, PT, VT, TOFD, PA, and DR, for Levels 1 to 3.
[EN ISO 9712 Certification]
Participants who pass the EN ISO 9712 examination will receive European-standard NDT qualification certificates for Levels 1 to 3. These certificates comply with multiple international standards, including:
ISO 3834 (Quality Management in Welding)
CPR EN 1090 (Certification for Steel and Aluminum Structures)
EN 15085 (Welding Certification for Railway Vehicles and Components)
For participants from pressure equipment manufacturing organizations, upon completion of the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) examination, they will receive the PED 2014/68/EU certificate issued by RTPO TÜV. This certification supports compliance with PED regulations and is widely applicable to the following pressure equipment standards:
Boilers: EN 12952/12953
Pressure Vessels: EN 13445
Pressure Piping: EN 13480
[SNT TC-1A Certification]
Participants who pass the SNT TC-1A examination will receive a certificate of successful completion issued by the examination center. Based on this certificate, employers may grant SNT Level 1 to Level 3 qualifications to participants through their in-house authorized Level 3 personnel.
[Course Content and Methodology]
Shanghai Allmark's NDT training courses combine theoretical knowledge with practical operation to fully prepare participants for the relevant certification examinations. Key training content includes:
Radiographic Testing (RT): Mastering film interpretation, X-ray, and gamma-ray testing techniques.
Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Learning defect detection, thickness measurement, and advanced techniques such as phased array (PA).
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT): Acquiring skills to detect surface and near-surface defects in ferromagnetic materials.
Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT): Systematically studying methods for detecting surface defects in non-porous materials.
Visual Testing (VT): Evaluating surface conditions, welding quality, and general material inspection techniques.
Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD): Learning advanced ultrasonic techniques for precise defect sizing.
Digital Radiography (DR): Mastering modern digital radiography imaging technology and interpretation methods.
Shanghai Allmark is committed to providing high-quality training to help participants master precise inspection techniques, enhance equipment safety and reliability, and excel in the international NDT industry.
